FF5 올 버서커 플레이 -13- 쉼표
오래 쉬었습니다. 자 다시.
+2008/1/14) 세이브 파일이 지워졌음을 확인했습니다..

약 2년전 대 엑스데스전(제 2세계 최후)을 순조롭게 끝내고 화면 캡춰를 해 놓았던 것 같은데... 컴퓨터를 갈아타면서 소실.
길가메전을 위해 남겨놓았던 세이브 파일 소실.
다행히 제3세계 진입 후의 세이브 파일은 남아있었다.
당분간 길가메는 잊고, 일단 스토리 진행을 최우선으로. (이것 이외의 선택지라고는 단 한가지. 'NEW GAME')
제 2세계 엑스데스... 길가메를 잡기 위해 수많은 심적 육체적 단련을 한 일행에게는 이미 적이 아니었다. 긴장감 제로의 상황에서 격파 가능.
제3세계 첫번째 보스 안토리온... 말해 무엇하리.
안토리온을 쓰러뜨리고 파리스가 일행을 구해주게 되는 이벤트를 볼 수 있다.
당시 스퀘어가 비쥬얼과 이벤트를 통한 '보여주는 RPG'를 얼마나 중요하게 생각했는지 이렇게 FF의 예전 시리즈를 플레이하다 보면 새삼 느끼게 되는데... 실제로 지금 보면 매우 지루하고 우스꽝스럽지만, 당시의 우리들에게는 얼마나 꿈처럼 보였는지. 특히 나와 같은 외국인 팬들에게는 더욱더 인상 깊게 다가왔던 부분이었으며, 이것이 FF의 세계적인 인기의 원동력 아니었을까.
그러나 역시 일본어를 이해하게 된 이 시점에서 다시 보면 참 어리숙하고 서툰 표현들이 많은 듯. DQ가 일본인들에게 세대와 성별을 뛰어넘고 사랑받는 이유는 다름아닌 군더더기 없으면서도 세련된 TEXT표현 때문일 것이다.
